I also think that stuff contributes to the worst stereotypes that fall on Millennials the hardest. I would feel like I was being patronizing if I did those things. I know these are what viewers have come to expect, but they all hit me wrong in the same way: I don't want to contribute to a culture of a near total absence of focus of attention.
Sure, I've seen a bunch of the "how to do you tube videos right" videos, and as you can tell, I'm not doing a lot of those things-keep it short, lots of energy, lots of gesturing, etc. that is, I like my videos to be more easy and conversational. Next, it's funny because I'm really inclined to go the opposite direction than this viewer suggested. They really aren't so bad yet, but it'd be interesting to know: Would the inability to post comments deter you from watching a YouTube video? I don't want to turn off comments, but I've threatened to do so if things get worse. Ok so.yeah.disproportionate, but I'm sticking by the content.
